First of all I would like to congratulated the team behind this event through which thousands of Vizagites are blessed.

Pastor Sunny Joseph is the man who lead the event. He engaged every on in audience with a charm. His interaction with the audience has made the entire atmosphere active and buzzing.

The Gurajada Kalakshetram (an open air theatre) was packed with people from all walks of life. Not just Christians but believers and many others who wanted to be blessed. And of course all those who wanted to peep in for few minutes to see the celebration of being Christians. And who doesn’t recongnise Manohar Suzith – an amazing guitarist from the City of Destiny.

A group of talented youngsters performed a skit which was full of emotions and expressions.

Kids did a great job. They really added colour to the entire event.

Truly it was the biggest celebration in the year 2011. The atmosphere, the people, the lights, the stars and the night sky were perfectly matched for the occasion.

Brother Amtih started the celebrations with a prayer and then celebrations began. The church members split in to smaller team and presented many joyful programs. The highlight of the was songs and dance by little kids who capture the imagination of everyone present there. They did an amazing job and almost all of use where amazed at their performance.

I can see that every one present there enjoyed every bit of the celebration. Kids had a blast and that was clearly visible on their faces.

Brother Amith is not just a great man of God but he is an amazing communicator who shares the word of Jesus as understood by the people who have gathered. His sense of humour was at his best and I could not find even one person with out a smile. It was just not the moment for celebration but it was the moment of human relationships coming closer in unity with word of Jesus.

And of course Santa was present through out the event and he was busy distributing chocolates and gifts to each and everyone. He never got tired and he encouraged kids to dance with him and made sure that every kid had a great time during entire event.

A moment came when all the lights were switched off and even the start hid behind the clouds. That was the perfect moment for candle night service. The candles started glowing one after the other and after a few seconds I could an amazing view in the dark. The light from the candles slowly pushed the darkness to the corners and it showed the way.
